Your data, your deployment.
Intelafy holds no consumer data of its own. The Intelafy Brain measures the data a client brings, inside a deployment dedicated to that client.
A data company, an agency, or a brand brings its own records and the data it licenses. The Intelafy Brain measures the relationships in that data and scores each person on it. Each client runs in its own dedicated, single-tenant Google Cloud deployment, and its data is kept apart from other clients' data. This paper describes what that arrangement means for a client's data and what the client gets back.
The client brings the data.
Intelafy's product is the measurement. A client's file might be a national consumer file it sells to others, data it licenses from others, or its own customer records. The Brain measures how the attributes in that file relate to one another and scores each person on the 0-to-1 scale (Paper 02). The scores describe the client's people and are computed from the client's data.
Because Intelafy holds no consumer data of its own, it has no file of its own to sell, and one client's data is never passed to another client.
Single tenant, on Google Cloud.
Each client runs in a dedicated, single-tenant Google Cloud deployment. The client's data, and the measurements made from it, are processed in that deployment and are not commingled with any other client's. Each setup is its own walled garden that only the client can see, under the same privacy exclusions and access controls.
A security review usually starts with a list of questions about hosting, access, and retention. Send yours to contact@intelafy.com and Intelafy will answer them for your deployment.
Customer records measured beside licensed data.
V3 has run on client-owned CRM and transaction records as well as on national consumer files. A brand can measure its own customers against the attributes it licenses, find what its best customers have in common, and score prospects on those traits. Its customer file is measured in its own deployment, never in a pool shared with other clients.
Protected categories come out before scoring.
When a client excludes a protected category, the Brain removes that source, and the features derived from it, before the audience is scored. It records which inputs produced each score, so an auditor can check what went in (Paper 04).
Scores and audiences, delivered to the client.
The output is scores and audiences: a scored audience, a super audience with channel, offer, and motivation scores for a named brand's campaign (Paper 03), or scores appended to the client's own list. Channel scores in that file show where each person is worth the spend (Paper 07).
The client's data, measured in the client's deployment.
The client brings the data, the deployment is dedicated to that client, and Intelafy supplies the measurement. To see the Brain run on your own data, book a Data Discovery.
